The beauty of renting with TKO is that you pay based on what you need, instead of paying what everyone else is paying. Hourly office rentals start at just $15/hour, with conference rooms starting at $25/hour. We then offer a variety of optional add-ons, from live phone answering to a listing in the building directory, for you to choose from. Whatever your budget, we have a space for you.
Dependent on availability, hourly conference room usage can be ready within minutes. As for our monthly rental options, the application and contract process is just as quick! You can typically expect to be up and running within the hour.
The security deposit varies for each location. It is always equal to 1 - 2 months of your monthly fee.
Your security deposit is fully refundable within 60 days of ending your office agreement, provided there is no damage to your office, their is no furniture left behind or other property that we need to dispose of, and the office looks the same as it did the day you moved in. If you paint when you move in, and the office isn't the same color when you leave, or do any of the aforementioned things, you security deposit will be at risk.
Mail forwarding and postage fees, copier/printer in excess of agreed upon amounts, full call handling, catering, credit card fees if monthly payments are made via credit card, scanning documents to email, lost keys, additional conference room rental fees, variable fees such as, package holding, mailing checks and more.
All our spaces come equipped with desks and chairs, but we understand that it's important to make your space your own. You are welcome to bring in your furniture and design your office the way you like it. Just make sure to leave it the way you got it! We can even order the furniture for you, if you'd like!
